Alternatively, you might prefer to take notes using your mobile device or laptop. Personally, I lean towards the traditional method and enjoy writing in a physical notebook. There are some truly stunning options available; the only drawback is that some are so exquisite that you hesitate to mark them! I recently discovered some beautiful notebooks at “Scarthin Bookshop” in Cromford, Derbyshire (UK)—a charming, quirky space with three floors overlooking a mill pond and an excellent vegetarian café, which is an added bonus! I dare you to leave without buying a book; it’s a challenge I find impossible to resist!
