Weekly Medium Stats Review #6: Insights and Observations

Chapter 1: Overview of This Week's Performance
It's Saturday, and that means it's time for another update on my weekly results, insights, and a dose of motivation.
Views and Reads:
The layout has undergone yet another transformation—Medium style! :D
I’ve gained an additional 1,000 views this week, which I’m pleased with.
The read ratio has dipped slightly to 64%, down from 66% last week. Although it’s still decent, it falls short of my goal of 70%, so I’m actively working on improving it.
The majority of my views and reads early in the month have been driven by a boosted story.
Earnings:
Here’s a snapshot of my earnings for March.
This week, I earned $36.23 compared to $88.38 last week. I view this as a positive outcome, especially when compared to previous months. However, I have noticed a slowdown for several reasons, which I will discuss further.
Followers:
This week, I gained 62 new followers. Last week, I averaged about 10 new followers per day, so the pace has slowed a bit. Nonetheless, I still consider this a success.
Top 5 Earning Stories of the Week:
Here’s a look at my highest-earning stories:
The Challenge of the Week:
Spam Issues.
I addressed this issue in previous posts. It was frustrating; I never anticipated needing to block someone on Medium, yet here I am.
Unfortunately, the problem resurfaced in the days that followed, and I hope it’s a temporary situation.
Analysis:
The decline in my read ratio can be attributed largely to spam activity. It’s a reality I’ve chosen to accept as I move forward.
The drop in views is primarily because I opted to publish more frequently in my new publication, CREATIVETECH Friends. Given that it’s still in its infancy, I expected lower engagement. I’m dedicated to its growth, regardless of the pace.
This publication is designed exclusively for Friends of Medium, focusing on mutual support for growth. If you're a Friend of Medium, I encourage you to join us!
For better organization:
I’m compiling a list of these stories so you can track my progress and read through them all here.
Thank you for reading!
