What a remarkable year it's been! From the storming of the U.S. Capitol to the turmoil of natural disasters, 2021 certainly delivered its fair share of drama. Elon Musk tweeted, while Trump remained silent. The collapse of a Surfside condo contrasted sharply with the rise of meme stocks. As we adjusted to remote work, Bernie Sanders donned winter attire while Ted Cruz took a different approach. Texas experienced a deep freeze, followed by bizarre incidents like flaming water. We learned that a lawyer isn't a feline, but a Dogecoin is indeed a cryptocurrency. The Ever Given got lodged in the Suez Canal as we lined up for vaccinations. Simone Biles withdrew from the Olympics, mirroring the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan. Haiti witnessed upheaval, and viral tales about Nicki Minaj's cousin's friend's predicament caused a stir. Facebook faced whistleblowing, while Zuckerberg expanded on the Metaverse concept. Many sought better living conditions on Earth, while billionaires aimed to escape it. Derek Chauvin was sentenced, and Britney Spears regained her freedom. Climate change persisted, and COVID continued to evolve.
